Overview:
We are currently accepting applications for a full time Contract Administrator to work in a fast paced office with a variety of responsibilities. The successful candidate will coordinate and administer a variety of contract review/negotiations in support of assigned locations.
Essential Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

The computer and network maintenance technician is responsible for supporting the organization’s computing and telecommunication network operations and procedures. The technician works within a team environment to support telephone systems, which includes installation of cabling and phones, maintenance of the phone switch and voicemail, and customer service activities. The position is responsible for peripheral equipment, networks, communications equipment, and providing support for users’ software and hardware needs.
Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoots, repairs, maintains, installs and performs testing activities on various computer equipment, peripherals, data communication and computer network systems.
• Assembles, installs, configures and tests computer equipment or units of local area networks requiring use of standard interface protocols.
• Consults with and assists manufacturer’s representatives in the installation of new computer equipment; exercises total responsibility for routine installation or modification projects; assists other technicians or the director in repairing, installing and testing complex pieces of equipment or local area networks; submits equipment repair warranties.
• Completes work orders such as installing equipment, connecting and moving devices or creating components of autonomous networks; installing disk drives; and correcting definitions on data switches, protocol converters, etc.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Overall project accounting and bookkeeping including processing of all construction related invoices
  • Coordinating the negotiation, execution and monitoring/compliance of contracts.
  • Handling all the paperwork required to obtain approval of work, processing and obtaining approval of contract changes.
  • Monitoring compliance to contract requirements ensuring all conditions are satisfied before approval of final invoices.
  • Assisting in the processing of requests for payments, purchase orders, invoices from vendors and similar documen
  • Collecting and submitting lien releases.
  • Ensure compliance of contractors with insurance requirements.
  • Assisting the Project Manager in maintaining all budgets and analysis of variances to the budgets.
