Transaction Summary & Investment Strategy

In 2004, CGI acquired five adjoining lots occupied with single-family residences and smaller apartment buildings. Working with its team of architects and engineers, CGI entitled the property and built a 50 unit condominium building over a two level subterranean parking garage. After completing construction on schedule, CGI sold 48 of the units and kept the remaining two as rental units.
