Investment Overview
In November 2015, CGI entered into contract on a site located just north of Wilshire Blvd. on the prominent La Brea corridor in the Miracle Mile neighborhood of Los Angeles. The site totals approximately 43,000 square feet and is zoned LAC2 throughout. The mixed-use project is currently being entitled for 122 hotel keys and 121 apartment units.
Located at a pivotal intersection of multiple thoroughfares as well as a future Metro Station, the completed project will feature a compelling hybrid of residential and commercial space that will complement the creative and professional culture of the area. The project is anticipated to break ground in 12-18 months subject to the close of escrow and the completion of entitlements for the project. Construction will take approximately 24 months total inclusive of a six-month stabilization period following completion of the building.
